Previous set up:
F: 19x8.5 255/40/19
R: 20X10 305/35/20

Current new set up:
F: 19x8.5 245/35/19
R: 20x10 285/30/20

For the rear tire thats almost a 2" reduction in diameter.

The car absolutely feels more peppy. And the the throttle response is significantly better.

The down side is the wheel well gap kinda looks weird to me now. But oh well.

The smaller diameter rear tire does make sense as feeling more peppy.

some small spacers will increase poke visually closing gap to the point of even lookinh lowered while keeping tire clear of arch edges.

Everyone thought mt 255-40-19 was lowered when using TSW Meckanika wheels...

Those front tires are criminally small.
I don't know about criminally smaller😂 but smaller yes. Which is what I wanted.

my car originally came stock with 235/50/18 up front. The Current circumference is only less -5.5% but wider by 3.8% the side wall though is pretty drastic.

245mm width, 25.8" height...at least 1 year in jail

Why not at least a 275/35-19? Not a fan of smaller than stock.

The cars sits on steeda progressive springs atm.

A part of the reason for going a bit more narrow with these tires was to mitigate some of the fling.

They're building data centers faster than McDonald's out here. For the next handful of years. Shitty part, the roads are constantly covered in dirt and gravel tracked out by the dump trucks. Sending splatter down the car. Having the tire slightly back inside has made a significant difference.

Could have gone with rock blockers. But I don't like them much.

I love going bigger! 275/35/20 and 305/35/20
wheel wells look great without lowering car, tires don't stick out!
Rims are 9.5 & 11

Our most comfortable spring!

While I too say that tire size is smaller than usual, I understand having to make changes due to environment.

If you got significant debris on the road, maybe this would help:
California Pony Cars EXT-157-364 GT350/GT350R Splash Shields (15-23)

Got 1 set here. Let me know what you think.

they are a comfortable springs 👍

I actually looked at those on your site the other day. I also saw the same company has a thin flare sorta like the Mach 1, but for all 4 wheels I think?
