Hi all, new to the forum.
I’ll be in the market for an S550 here shortly and I had a question regarding wheel fitment. I am in possession of a set of CCW wheels from a previous vehicle and i was unsure about whether or not they would fit an s550 front brake setup.
The wheels have an 18 inch barrel and lips but the outer lips are double stepped making the face of the wheels 16 inches. Has anyone run a set of wheels like this? Most people I see are using 19 or 20 inch wheels and even when using an 18 inch wheels it’s not usually a 3 piece design.
The wheel for reference, mine does have a tall backpad for big brake clearance:
