They wanted me to take delivery tomorrow afternoon, but I said I wasn't available (golf day!). So they said they were keen to get the sale into March's figures - would I drop the bank cheque in tomorrow and collect the car Friday? I suppose you don't want to die wondering:lol:

Was absolutely no rushing from my dealer, offering a weekend delivery but suggesting that stretching it out to Monday was probably a good thing to ensure a thorough PDI.

Target must have already been met. ;)

My dealer has been great throughout the whole process and, especially of late, every request has been promptly acknowledged and promises made (particularly with regard to delivery instructions).

I intend to leave him a carton of Crownies in the boot of my trade.

My car has just been delivered to the dealer aswell

:frusty::frusty:Visited my dealer today to make final arrangements to pick vehicle up this Friday, was told that vehicle won't be ready until next week. After a bit of venting I demanded to be taken to their holding yard to inspect vehicle which was delivered to them on the 22 March, vehicle hasn't been touched still sitting with all its protective plastic on it, a whole week wasted. On the upside all panel gaps and third brake light good, has slight bonnet pinch but hardly noticeable. This has been one hell of a long journey, will be glad when it's all over and car is in my garage.:frusty::frusty::frusty:

Did the Dealer send these photos to you or did you inspect the car and take them yourself?

If you took them , how is the Panel alignment and Paint finish?

The Panel alignment and Paint finish is a concern to me, re my car which is now in Baltimore.

Please keep us updated re your delivery process and your paint protection.

Tydeman Rd opposite the Railway hotel, can park in Swan St and walk over.
