Just as an update. 3 emails about the second half of my order and nothing from back from this idiot. I disputed the amount for what i did not get and my card company immediately gave me a credit back. In there words it is a permanent credit, so it was resolved seconds after I placed my dispute. This tells me that he is getting many, many disputes.

I ended up wrapping a bunch of my interior trim with a 3m carbon fiber vinyl. For the most part it looks good, but the grips on the window switch pieces are tricky. Might redo them today see if i can eliminate the bubbles on the inside edges

I bought the handle overlays from them. They got great and look great. Just make sure you really prep the area since your hand always touches it.

I waited 3 months for an item and never got it. There was no communication with them so I had to file a dispute with my bank. I'm 100% sure they're just drop shipping from China so that's why it takes so long.

What came in was just 1 piece of 3 that I ordered. There was a mid October delivery date for the other pieces written on the packaging slip.

I sent out an email the day before I was given the shipping notice. I would have waited the couple weeks for the whole order to be shipped at once but maybe that delivery date is just a best guess.

Well I'm happy with the piece I did receive, the other poster was right about the wait as in just over the 2 month mark from placing my order

I got my touchscreen piece a couple weeks ago. Took just about 2 months to receive. Part arrived well packed and not damaged. Quality is good.

I finally got my pieces exactly 2 months later. They are very well done and fit perfectly. I went ahead and ordered one more piece. Support is non-existent though. I sent 3 emails and on the last one I said I was going to dispute the charge if i dont get an update. I got the shipping notice the next day... coincidence?

I did the very same thing with the very same result. NOT a coincidence.

What didn’t you receive? Curious. You’re actually the first person I ever heard on this forum not actually receiving an item. This is the issue with his guy not answering emails. At least if he told you he was sorry and you’re going to get it very delayed there would be some form of comfort. But nothing. He answered me once and it was like an amazing thing, but it shows he reads the emails. So there’s no excuse especially when you’re running a business.

Yeah. Especially with the bezel replacements. See what would concern me there is he uses oem ford pieces and wraps them for perfect fitment with carbon fiber. So the question is did he even get the oem pieces yet? Or did he forget? Did the order get lost in the shuffle? Who knows.
