I’ve been looking to get some custom emblems for awhile now and found a great company that specializes in hydro dipping Mustang emblems. Here’s my custom set that were first painted competition orange and then hydro dipped. The print is black. Let me know what you guys think. If you guys are...
Push you car as you would want to and then make the decision. For me, I yanked mine off the car at around 12K miles when I bought my car in 15. The Pirelli's were down right scary when pushed to the limits.
The spacing between tire and fender might come down to your drop springs. I went back and looked at pics I took after getting my springs installed and I definitely had more of a gap then. Looks like my springs settled quite a bit since then.
Front will be absolutely fine. Rear set up will be extremely tight and may rub very slightly depending on which tire you run and your camber. I’m running a 1” drop with 20x11 +50 wheels and 315/35/20’s with factory stock camber settings. I get a very slight rub every once in a while over...
I can’t imagine that even if the stock struts were totally blown out that at the front would drop that much. My educated guess is the springs. Tough call on your part on what you want to do.
Appears to me that those are the wrong springs for a GT. I’ve never seen no gap like that on a GT unless someone was running coilovers or air ride. What dampers are you running up front?
Here’s my car with Steeda progressive springs, Steeda pro-active shocks on a 20x11 +50 with 315/35/20’s. It’s extremely tight fit with stock in spec camber.
You definitely want to apply heat to the base of the spoiler to heat up the double sided tape. Makes it easier to remove. I used a plastic spackle knife and then put it inside of an old sock so it wouldn't scratch up the paint. Worked fine for me when I removed my blade spoiler. Just take...
There's a few of us who've cut-out the Premium bumper on the 15-17 for quad tips. There's a thread on here somewhere for this. I just used a dremmel and cut out the single exhaust opening to accommodate quad tips. It takes some time to make it look good and even on both sides, but well worth...
I grew up around V8 cars and have always had one pretty much ever since my late teens. I just love the sound of a V8 especially with some exhaust. It's what moves me soul if that makes any sense.lol
I'm sure the EB is a great car...it's still a Mustang after all. I just can't stand the sound of 4 cyl. engines unless you can't hear them.LOL I couldn't even buy a 4 cyl. Toyota Camry when I went out looking for a new daily. Had to buy the V6 instead.
