Not really. Take a look at this picture from a recent photoshoot. Mine is the Fastback and the convertible was someone taking flying lessons that morning. Her car up close looked like it was taken off roading and mine was freshly washed and waxed.

My new toy I had a 2012 in lava red that I supercharged with a roush tvs, and now I won't be happy with this one until I have that torque again I love all the bells and whistles on these new ones! This is GT premium with the performance package, and six speed. I like the carbonized gray, but I wish it were a little darker... I'm liking it more and more, the more I black it out.

Shark fin delete is even better. So happy how this turned out thanks to the guide by Tomster. I also just got the car ceramic coated, swapped the badges for gloss black, tinted the windows 35%, and did the Anchor Room amber delete vinyl overlays. This'll tide me over for a while!

Any issue with the install on the grill or the rear deck lid? Seems pretty straightforward. Did you remove the deck lid or leave it on for the install?

Since I basically took it straight to the detailing shop (unwashed), the 5.0's and rear deck were done by the shop who did the ceramic coat. He said he took the rear deck panel off, but there's a few how-to videos out there.
For the grille, since I have the performance pack, instead of removing the bumper, I drilled out the factory pony emblem's posts.
Tip: peel off the new emblem's backing, and mark the post locations on the chrome pony with a sharpie. Drill a tiny pilot hole to center the larger bit you actually use to drill through. I think it was 1/8", but just compare with the thickness of the new emblem's posts.
