I have participated in a thread previously which put me in this direction, but I'm still unsure about whether or not it will rub. So far it's my plan, with 275/35s. The car is on BC Racing coils at their factory height, so not crazy low, bit it definitely puts the tires past the height of the fender a little. It's more or less "track fitment." Is anyone running this? It's so hard to find a car with this setup, and amazingly there isn't a single one on Fitment Industries as far as I can find. Thanks guys!

I'm running 19x9.5's square with 275/35's. The offset is +30 on mine. I'm on stock suspension, so the fender gap with the 35's is a bit much. A +35 offset will tuck them in a little more, which should help if you're lowered a bit, but i can't say for certain that they won't rub.

I believe you had posted in that other thread I was in a while back. Man it really does seem like it should be fine, but I put my buddy's 18x9.5 +35 on my car and then put a jack on it to simulate the car being on the ground (no tires on his wheels yet lol) and it really comes just about flush.

19x10 ET35 with 285/35R19 tires is an extremely common square wheel and tire setup.

A 275/35 on a 9.5” wheel with the same offset will be just fine, assuming you have normal camber.
