Can a tune affect, sync 3

I recently had the Ford PP3 installed at my local dealer, and now I'm experiencing issues with SYNC3 such as inside temp not accurately reading, sluggish delay when navigating through various screens. On the temp, the AC won't blow cold until the inside temp eventually registers the correct temperature. The only mod is the pp3 and tune from Ford, so my question if the only thing that changed is the tune, can it cause other issues?

It shouldn't. Well, to be more accurate, it won't. But maybe they did an software upgrade to the unit.

Are you up to date on the Sync software (3.0.18093 I think)?

If not, I'd do that first.
