Well, I’ve had a tune for a month or so now and I started noticing my damn instrument cluster gets dim then gets bright then dim.

Is the tune messing with it? I’m driving in the sun and it’s dim but eventually brightens up.

Is there a way to stop that from happening?

Are your automatic headlights triggering on/off for some reason? I don't think a tune could cause this but then again that is just an educated guess. I have no clue.

I don't think your tune can impact that at all. You could flash the stock tune back on and see if that fixes it, but I doubt it would.

Well, my lights are on auto and they go on and off depending if I’m like under the overpass or something.

I can’t go back to stock cause I have the pmas intake that requires a tune. I might switch to the tube that Cody from Bama gave me. The tune from Shawn could be different. I will let you guys know!

Is it possible yes but very very rare on latest vehicles but early vehicles it could sometimes do funny things to other ECM's. Had to pull fuses on them to keep them turned off. Remember you're programming with multiple computers hooked to same datalink that links them all together. They are all powered up at same time.
