I didn't realize color matched calipers were rice but thanks for the news flash. Everything is about a a good mix of form/function for me, if I wanted a straight performer and didn't give a shit about looks my choice wouldn't have been a 2016 mustang. go eat a snickers you angry little prick

These guys have a great product, it's a two part paint plus a can of clearcoat. Only used it for engine dress-up but I wouldn't think your calipers would need high heat paint unless your doing some serious tracking.

Also if you are going to paint plastic's you should use an adhesive promoter. And if you use a primer, the color will affect the the darkness of the Ruby (black vs light gray primer)

Rattlecans and just a general purpose black Krylon made for metal/plastics.

Powdercoat is the best way to go for calipers. It can keep up with the high heat juuuuust fine. Spend the money and do it right the first time. My experience with the do it yourself caliper paint kits is that the color starts chipping in 6 months. Too much hassle. With powdercoat, you can get any color you want it will look perfect for years.

Decals are normally fine too, if they are made for calipers like the Brembo ones.
Certainly not my experience. I used Duplicolor Caliper paint on my 68 Barracuda in 2003 when I did a disk brake swap. 12 years and 60,000 miles no chipping, peeling or degradation. Used the same stuff on my Focus ST calipers and it was still perfect after 2 years and 30k miles when I traded it for my Mustang. Did the Mustang 10 months and 15k latter it is still perfect.

He's the type that talks all hard on the internet, but in person, he becomes as soft as cotton.
