Brake Caliper color

So, i have always painted my calipers, usually just black because i want to preserve them from the elements here in winter.

With that being said, I leased a magnetic Ecoboost w/ performance package. and I feel like I am going to en up buying the car out because I really love it... but long story short.

if I end up painting these calipers YELLOW, is that going to affect me if I turn in the car and decide to get something else?

also, what does everyone thing of yellow calipers on the magnetic color with black wheels??

Don't do it. If the vehicle is modified or altered in any way, and after the lease is up not returned to the in the condition you leased it, you might find yourself stuck with it. Might not be so bad since you say you want to buy it, but your mind might change later down the road. A lot of EB's being traded in for GT's.

Yeah that's asking for trouble on a lease. I'd only swap certain parts you can return to stock.

Several reasons, people came from v8s and don't like the sound, some had ridiculous expectations hoping it would be a 10 second car with bolt-ons lol, MOST just fall for the peer pressure and once loved their car but a ton of rednecks made them change their car, OR people who had smoke issues and couldn't get it figured out.

I am taking a strong liking to my ecoboost but I also love both sides the turbo side and the muscle, I've had both several different times, this is just another notch, and what a sweet notch it is lol

That would be a really rare case! Haven't seen anyone like that, I have two vehicles but not two mustangs of the same year! That seems silly to me unless one is like an EB and the other a GT350 lol

Ahhh guys I really want to paint these calipers competition yellow. I got the ok from the lease turn in manager at the dealer... And again who knows I may keep the car. I guess it depends on how much I really love it after a decent tune ...
