I am Curious on powdercoat and heat? Last I checked it bakes on around 400deg F, do rotors get much hotter than that? Also same question on stickers, don't the melt off? Do they make any good spray on paints with many colors for the heat for us to do in the garage?
Powdercoat is the best way to go for calipers. It can keep up with the high heat juuuuust fine. Spend the money and do it right the first time. My experience with the do it yourself caliper paint kits is that the color starts chipping in 6 months. Too much hassle. With powdercoat, you can get any color you want it will look perfect for years.

Decals are normally fine too, if they are made for calipers like the Brembo ones.

Listen to this guy^^^^^

I've G2 painted, acrylic painted, and lastly powder coated a number of brake calipers on my Mustangs and by FAR the powder coating is the BEST and nicest looking of them all. G2 painting looks HORRIBLE in my opinion.

I personally completely disassembled both front and rear calipers and had them powdercoated. Not a bad project at all and the rewards of doing it yourself are satisfying..

complete disassembly allows the brake pad pins to remain silver which gives the caliper a more race inspired look IMO.

Definitely agree on powdercoating vs paint. I'm going to get mine done in yellow, but I've been holding off a bit to find a local shop to do it so I don't have to mail them out anywhere. Can't have the DD be down for more than 1-2 days.

... also, you seem to have misspelled Akebono on the caliper there ;)

Time to powder coat is main reason do it yourself kits are considered. How long was your turn around on the powder coating?

Well my car is not a daily driver so I was in no rush. This project could easily be done in 2-3 days total if your Powdercoater gets to them right away.

Most quotes I got for powder coating the calipers were $400-$500, 2-3 days lead time and you needed to have the calipers off completely and bring to them. That was just for a simple red.

Ultrakla$$ic, is that a Brembo sticker that is applied afterwards or did the powder coater do the black paint as well?

I painted my calipers with Duplicolor High Temp Engine Paint. I used Chevy Orange. Can't tell there's a difference from Comp Orange. I used their clear over it too.

I paid $50 a caliper to have them done. Again, I disassembled all of them myself.

I have a buddy that works at a sign shop that cuts the BREMBO stickers for me.

Yeah for PCing they need to be baked, at one point l thought about sourcing an old oven to be able to do smaller parts myself and for others to offset some of the material costs but like investing in a welder l didn't feel l would use it enough to make it worth it.
