Member Robert01 contacted me saying how a guy he did business with has a set of alumastars for sale, I emailed this gentleman and price was suspiciously cheap. I asked for more pictures and he couldn't provide. I just don't want to see someone get burned. Robert01 also has zero posts seems to be a recent account as well... Beware my friends

Given that information, that then makes this look rather suspicious, perhaps the pictures are from here. All the more reason to put your screen names in your part pictures.

WOW, this dude the same thing to me with a catback post I made in the WTB section. He PM'd me stating he knew a guy that had a catback forsale and to reach out to him and provided an email address. I emailed the guy and he right responded asking when I could come get it and I told him I am out of state and would need it shipped, never responded to me again.

Not saying Robert is a fraud or anything, just that it is very similar experience to OP.
