EU-spec, I assume?
What grade of fuel do you use?
I've also had some misfires in the past, once even with the check engine light coming on.
My impression was that it was related to a cold engine and 'excessive' power demand.
It went away on its own.
I only fill up with ROZ 95 E10 (cheap ass, good enough), ROZ 98 could also solve the problem. ROZ 95 E5 is probably the worst choice, but should work by Fords spec for the Engine.
Are the new spark plugs the right ones?
Checking for ECU updates could be useful hint (mentioned someone here)!
