I can only imagine mine is too, but nobody is giving me any info. :frusty:

The change in EDD and port hold is all I got. I had to mention the seatbelt issue which the dealer said made sense. He's supposed to be doing some more research and getting back to me later today. If it's anything useful, I'll let you know.

Right?! Waldorf and his aliens are playing games with us now. Everything was going better then expected, and now this. I haven't heard anything about a hold. I was just told the port was real backed up and they couldn't rush it because it was buried behind other cars. Just got my hopes up to soon which can lead to being impatient. It's all good...:headbonk:

Regional service rep just called me. He had no visibility to the hold details or any way to determine when it may be released. My salesperson says he can't see either. Seems like there should be a way to find out the status of a $45k item.

Mine was apparently re-released and it "Awaiting shipment" but has not been given an ETA either. Hopefully tomorrow will bring better news.

Mine is sitting in the final train yard in a "picked up by shipper" and TBD ETA since 10/8. Although the dealer assured me the TBD is normal simply because it could arrive any day now.

Well people, I will says this, Ford has known about whatever it is much longer then we have. So maybe the fix is under way already and our cars will be released sooner then expected. Fingers crossed

I don't think the seat belt issue is affecting cars that already left the plant. They would just issue a fix to be applied as soon as it hits the dealer. It's not like Ford has mechanics on speed dial to fix every car while it's in transit to it's destination like a Jiffy Lube James Bond lol.

I hate reading this thread because I feel like my car is in Mustang purgatory because of a twisted seat belt lmao.

Just heard from Deysha! Mine is in en route with an unspecified hold-up in Indiana. Still planning on the 25th and won't worry until then. Hate to see what some of you are going through with delays, TBDs, and ETA changes. That would drive me battier than I already am.

I know, it sucks. So many unforeseen variables. After watching all these hang ups occur to everybody, I wouldn't be surprised if it happened to me. But my dealer originally put it at 8-10 weeks from order to delivery so that's what I am prepared for. Anything sooner is icing. Then there is the post-arrival apprehension of panel alignment, seat belt twists, chipped paint, missing hooks, etc. This is my first special order and probably my last. Too much anxiety involved.

I feel the same way, except I got to thinking it would come early, then was bummed it was going to be closer to the original date. I'm over it now. Lol. I'm hoping my car is just being held up to confirm there isn't a problem and will be on its was shortly.
