Damn that pump is loud AF, def swap it out for something quieter.
My son said the same thing lol. It’s really not bad driving the car, but loud outside, yes.

I’ll probably replace it.

Nice! In for WOT vids
End of the week hopefully!

Quick update..

During tuning we found that my fuel rail pressure was dropping to 35 psi or less at only 4 psi boost even though I have the regulator set at 55 psi. Not good!!

Turns out the factory rail is a piece of shit. The port injection side of the rail is fed by the high pressure side of the rail.

Problem is port side is only fed with one tiny port on the driver side seen below.

Instead of buying $400+ worth of new rails and fittings I simply added another feed to the factory rail on the passenger side.

Logs confirm I now hold 55+ psi fuel pressure under boost. I’ve tested up to 10 psi boost and still holds. Hell yes!

Side note... that 10 psi hit was today on the highway in Mexico at 60 mph in 4th gear..... it absolutely wastes the tires from a 60 roll forcing me to pedal it into 5th and 6th! Insane.

The factory rails being a limit is a known thing, that thin 3/8th cross over is just too small to keep up with fuel demand. Your added 1/2 cross over looks like it would help allow more fuel to flow to the port rails

Trying to get some dyno time in the next 2 weeks and possibly test n tune at the track as well in the same time frame.
Excited to see results! Get a two step installed to help with launching

This car scares me, seriously.

We’ve worked our way up to 12 psi on my tuning session and the drag radials just won’t hold the power.

70 mph 5th gear rolling burn outs has my ass puckered.

It’s crazy

Yeah that mod literally/completely solved the port fueling issue.

I’m now seeing 60+ port psi on higher boost since the regulator is adding psi with boost.

Shits working like it should. Getting fun!!

That is a killer setup. I took the easy approach and bought the hellion kit. Where did you buy your lines and fittings for the transmission cooler? I am thinking about doing new lines vs bending my factory ones to clear. Did you go with any sort of catch can setup?

You're on drag radials and spinning at 70 mph in 5th gear? Are they bald? Is it wet out? lol

You running vacuum/boost reference, or boost only reference with a check valve?
