Can anyone tell me if this blue end is replacible it snapped off when I was taken off my catch can

Not sure, but more than likely you will just have to replace the entire tube.

You’re better off just replacing that pcv hose.

Looks like a J&L OSC catch can. You could check with them for a replacement tube. In the past they have been very helpful to me with replacement parts.
