Glad you got it figured out. Have no clue what Ford was thinking with this design.Well, just got done with the repair and that $#!+ was a MFer! Drilling out the bolt took 2.5 hours and another 1.5 hrs with a dremel and a 12 1.75 tap. Seems like i spent the whole day on it. Got a class 10 metric bolt and washer. They're all torque to 40 ft lbs. Not a fun job.
