I am getting a terrible squealing from my brakes and have had it in the shop at ford twice. Both times they seem to keep it all day and say they can't find anything and it isn't making noise yet every time I drive it at any point in the day it is squealing bad. Anyone else having an issue with this?

break the fibers off the edge of the pads. Drive forward 30MPH and stab the brakes hard. Do that 3 times then drive backwards at about 20-30 and stab the breaks until you stop do that 3 times.

You bought a car with high performance Brembo brakes that are track ready; hence the "Performance Pack". They are going to make some noise during daily driving due to the pad compound and caliper design regardless of the type of vehicle that they are installed on. It's 100% normal, no need to worry about it.

Not trying to be an A-hole, but my 2016 PP did the same and it's not normal. The sound and vibration shoots through the pedal and ones first instinct is to let off the brake. Not a safe thing to do. Ford knows there's a problem with this. For the record, I've owned a couple cars with Brembos and neither ever had the issue.

Ford turned my rotors and put new pads. Guess what, 3k miles later and still no squealing. I have a warped rotor already (at 6k miles), but that's a different issue.

Mine make noise sometimes. I clean the brake system up front, goes away. Hasn't come back after I did my first track day. Also need to make sure your wheels are torqued to 149 ft. lbs. If I do 100, mine seem to squeal more often.
