Does it screech all the way as it's rolling up or does it screech the last bit on top when the door is closed. As some one mentioned earlier, as these cars age the top seal becomes dirty and worn out and hard and that causes the glass to screech against the seal.
If that's the case you can remedy it by doing the following:

1-Clean all of the door seals with soapy water and dry them with microfiber cloth
2- use a diluted IPA to thoroughly clean the old rubber
3- Apply a rubber sealant(re-conditioner). I used the Sonax Rubber protectant.

Apply it according to the instructions and you should be good to go.

If the window screeches all the way from bottom to the top the there might be some dirt and debris in your window rails which you can take a look at after removing the door panel

Sounds like have some grit in the seals.

Clean the window seals inside door top and side seals with alcohol on a cloth wrapped on a flat edge of some some sort so can get in there.

See it that stops it. Then use spray silicon and put on cloth to get in the seals.

Could also be the seals fuzzy surface is now damaged and needs replacing just get from low milage recycler car.
okay I will try this and will keep
Updated thank you

There is a seal, along the top of the door panel, where it meets the glass. It goes from the front of the door panel, all the way to the rear. It is possible that those seals have become “folded over” the wrong way somehow. This would result in rubber directly contacting the glass and would sound like you describe as the window travels up. If this is indeed the case, you may be able to fix them by folding them to the correct position somehow. But more likely than not, they have become damaged and will need to be replaced.
Update

I finally got the time to take the door panels off on my car and I found that the seals were folded. I guess maybe the dealer didn’t put them together right when doing one of the door lock recalls. I’m never taking my car back there again this is ridiculous. Thank you guys for everyone giving advice of what it could be it honestly really helped. I wouldn’t have even thought to look at the weatherstrip until I posted this thread. I just lifted it up and saw how bad it looked on both doors. I’ll put pictures in. After I folded them back into their position of how it was supposed to be the windows immediately stopped screeching, the fold also wasn’t the whole weatherstrip it was about halfway so that explains why it was mainly screeching toward the middle to the end. I hope this helps someone else who maybe dealing with this issue I thought it was something worse I’m thankful it wasn’t nothing too serious. I’m thinking of maybe getting new weatherstrips though , but I’m not sure I’m going to see how it is with just flipping them back and maybe they will warp back to how it supposed to be with the heat. I will keep that updated as well. Thank you again guys I really am glad to be able to roll my windows up and down without hearing a screeching

Great to see you got it figured out! Exactly like I figured it would be. Hopefully they stay folded correctly, but if not, they should fairly easy to replace.

Start easy first, then do more difficult diagnosis later.

I agree with others, first start cleaning the track and weather stripping and anything else you can access, then if that does not work take the door panels off and do some cleaning.

The windows are screeching when they go up only, so pay attention to any debris pointing downward (the inverse motion of the windows going up will cause the friction giving you the scratch marks and sound).
Coukd it be the tints on the windows
