Boost Controller

What are turbo guys using as a boost controller?

I was thinking of either picking up a Leash controller, or an E-boost of some kind.

eboost makes a good controller. Depending on your needs the Eboost street is a good two stage controller and is a good bit cheaper.

I had an eboost2 didn't really care for it. I actually just ordered a boost leash tonight seem like a Good easy to use boost controller. Lund told me about it and said he likes it a lot.

First time ever messing with turbos so I'm not too sure. I'd like no CO2 if possibly for simplicity. I probably want something that I can just push a button and change the boost. As simple as possible.

Possibly looking into boost by gear too but not high on the priority list.

This is my first turbo car. My tuner and several other experienced turbo guys recommended the boost leash, so that's what I got. Very simple to use and works flawlessly. I like the scramble feature on the street (kind of set up like a nitrous switchl) because high boost won't hook so I can hit the scramble switch at higher speeds and instantly go to high boost. I have it sitting inside my center console out of sight. If you want a boost controller mounted somewhere in plain sight, it might be more difficult than other brands (round shape can fit in a.c. vent), but other than that, no negatives. It's also relatively inexpensive...

Basically 3 levels of controllers. Most popular here are eboost, boost leash then AMS 2000. In order from low to high $$/features.
Even tho I will be using the AMS, the boost leash is probably the best all around controller for beginners to advanced.

I use an eboost2. Seems simple enough and has 6 settings. I've never used any others so can't compare.

eBoost2 is a great all-rounder, easy enough to use and setup, great for street, can do boost by gear/time/rpm and a heap of different settings etc been using them for 10 years+

i personally prefer the Boost Leash more especially at the track, have found it holds the boost more steady, especially once you start to see a bit of backpressure, we are seeing a .25psi fluctuation vs .5psi sometimes as much as 1psi with the eBoost2, however, that's at like 2:1+ exhaust backpressure. on the lower side of back pressure they both hold the boost just fine

I run eboost street. It has all the features I needed. Hold Boost with little to no spikes, two boost modes, over boost cut off and big red numbers so I can see it. Works flawlessly! Eboost2 gives you boost by gear etc. but if you want an easy to use, quick to go between normal and kill modes eboost is decent priced and works great

I had an eboost 2 in my last turbo car. It worked fine, I didn't care for the menu to much though. For the car I'm building now, a member on here recommended the GFB g-force II. He was very happy with it, so I'm going try it out. Should have it in a few days.

Really happy with this EBC, it even logs boost, rpm, duty cycle.....really sophisticated controller, but you do have to read the manual to setup all the features.
