Is it worth purchasing the comp cams boost cams? I'm about to do oil pump gears and crank sprocket and figured while I had the timing chains off it would be easier to do it all at once? I looked around the inter webs but haven't found any reviews of them. Plans are 15 lbs of boost on a KB 2.8lc wth e85 tune.

They’ll get you a few more ponies but a ton more with ported heads in play!

Plan on building the block too? If not the KB on 15lbs with E85 is all you'll need & already pushing the limits on a stock block. I would say do it if you were looking to sleeve it with port work & were going for a max effort on the KB.
But on a side note there's a bunch of 1000+ whp cars with stock heads & cams.
