that's the throttle spacer and an intake? I assume most of the gains are the intake...I thought we were trying to get throttle body spacer gains only?

Just read it again, it isn't an intake, it is the intake spacer and Throttle Body spacer that is being tested.
Would the meth/water be injected directly into each intake runner? That would be great for even distribution between the cylinders to deter over spraying into the 2 and 3 cylinders.

The gains look good, especially at the price point of the whole kit. And the top end doesn't seem to suffer. Other than the normal drop off after 5500 rpm.

Just to clarify for everyone; the gains on the dyno chart are from the use of our intake manifold spacer and throttle body spacer being used in conjunction. Other than those two parts and a BOV adapter, the car does not have any mods.

We were never testing an intake. We were testing our intake manifold spacer and our throttle body spacer. The car has the stock intake and stock throttle body.

That's exactly what we were aiming for. These cars peak so early so there isn't much that can be done there without drastically changing things, but a nice bump in the power-band is always something nice! :)

This is going to make direct port meth injection an easy retrofit. I look forward to using the intake manifold spacer along with direct port meth for even distribution. Not sure if it was posted but I didn't see it what is the thread pattern these are tapped with?

-Corrected 1/8th npt fitting.

Hey Boomba, I just thought of something. Are you guys going to release a lightweight pulley set for the EBM like you did for the Fusions?

Now that would actually be a solid mod.

They're in development as I type this!

Keep your eyes and ears posted.

If you like a long service life from your main bearings do not substitute an aluminum pulley for the harmonic balancer.
Our pulley design retains the crank position sprocket. We've had our pulleys on our Focus ST for over 20,000 miles with no negative effects.
