Bolt Replacement

Does anyone know how to replace these two bolts and where to find the replacement ?

If I remember correctly they aren't bolts. They're studs tack welded to the body from a flange on the bottom side. To replace it you'd have to cut it off, drill it out and then tack weld a replacement or decide to through-bolt it instead. It's not a major structural bolt though so if you manage to get the nuts off you could always try to salvage with a die as well.
