Could you post a picture of the rear. Really interested in how it will look.
Please disregard my potato photo-taking skills.

The car wash photos are towards the end of last season where the springs had settled.

I wish I would have got sportlines over my Steeda progressives. The Steeda's are great but I want to be a little lower.

I think performance-wise you can't go wrong with any of the options out there. They are perform pretty well. Asthetics and stances varies between brands.
The Sportlines are superior no doubt. Recommend them with Koni Dampers.

I have darn near the same drop front and rear with my GT350R fronts. You'll love it. 0.5" in back closes the gap but doesn't make it look slammed. Just right.
Excellent news. I don't like/want my ass dragging down.

Here are some pics of mine on BMR SP080 springs with the same wheel set up you're looking at. No rubbing, no regrets!
Looks fricken awesome bro. Thanks for posting this picture.

Is his on the stock suspension or after spring install.

Springs are a great choice, I'm sure you'll be happy.

But since this is the handling section ... you dropped the back 15mm on the springs, then raised it 20mm with the wheel/tire combo. How big are your front tires? Hopefully around 275/35-20 to keep the car about level. This tire will raise the car 15mm, while the springs lower 15mm.

While I do like the lowered look, I think this time I'm staying at stock height. I may move to different spring for performance but I'd need to use adjusters to keep the height up. This is based upon nearly 15 years driving a new edge Cobra on H&R SS springs. Awesome look, great ride but at the cost of hitting nearly anything higher than 3". On that car, it was the K-member that hit and only occasionally the front bumper. But the K was scared. I'm fortunate that nothing ever hit the pan.

This required constant vigilance watching for high spots in the road, peaks formed by heavy trucks, man-hole covers that are too high, gas station tank fill lids, any road debris, etc. Since getting the S550, it has been a pleasure to just roll over stuff that in the past I either had to dodge, slow down for, or endure the hit.

But as a check, I had to drive the Prelude for a couple of days due to the weather. That car is on Konis and GC C/Os using Eibach springs. Down about an 1.5". Damn, back to watching for stuff was a PITA and that car isn't as low as the Cobra was. Stay'n stock height; way more pleasant.

Ground Control has their height adjustment kit available with custom spring rates. $500. Fits over stock or Koni/Steeda struts and in top rear spring mount.

The S550 is way, way, way different than any other Mustang ever. You can drop it a solid 1" with no issues almost anywhere.

I owned an 04 Cobra that had a 1" drop and it scraped everywhere....

One of my current cars (s550) is lowered decently and heck, I can work on the car with it sitting on the tires. :headbang:

Hilarious!

I went over a really bad speed bump the other day in an office park and banged the bottom of my car. It was one of those really narrow, abrupt speed bumps with a high peak. Anything but a crawl over that bump and I'll hit it. Nowhere else have I had an issue though.

This is on my ford Racing springs. Do wish there was a way to keep my cradle lockout and not have my rear tire gap 0.5 inches higher than the front. The rake does look very similar to what I had with the BMR springs.

Are you saying that the cb005 is causing the rake?

Yes, at least that's what I think after posts I've seen from a few different people here. I guess I should be asking you, you're the expert. According some people on here, it does change the ride height slightly in the rear. I've had my ride height checked and bushings clocked and re-checked - still half an inch higher in the rear.

See above at Doctor Fishtails finding.

This isn't the first place I've seen someone mention this. Now of course I can't prove it and would like to see more proof of it one way or another.

If this is in fact not true and is happening for another reason, I'll gladly delete my post. It might be worth making another thread about this if it in fact is not true. Would be nice to let members know if the CB005 does not in fact change the ride height at all. Some members might have seen it and may wonder the same thing.
