BMR Cradle Bushing Install Questions

Couple questions that the instructions do not cover...

instructions mention sleeves to put in the bushings. my delrin bushings didnt come with any sleeves. Since they are delrin, do they not use the sleeves? Seems probable as the holes are rather small to put a sleeve in.

Also, instructions make no mention of the 2.75" washers that were supplied. I want to assume these go between the factory cradle bolt head and bottom delrin bushing, but they would also fit up top, between the chassis and cradle bushings. They probably go on the bottom, but again, no mention of these.

Crap I put one on bottom of every bolt. I wasn't sure either and I was trying to get my sub frame put back in the car and wasn't sure about the directions either.

OK another question

The instructions show that I should have a total of 3 different size bushings

The kit came with 4 different sizes, 2 of each.

Its safe to assume that the upper bushings are as the instructions show... but either the front of the rear got the bushings shortened a little.

I apologize, we were likely still in the process of swapping it all over.

The current kit has 4 different flange thicknesses as you mentioned.

The Thinnest 2 go on the rear upper, the thickest 2 go on the rear lower side.

With the 4 remaining pieces, the thinnest of them goes on the Upper Front, and the thicker on the lower front.

Due to the "stepped" machined portion of the inner surface on 4 of them, as long as you do the rear with the thickest of all on bottom, and thinnest of all on top - the front will then be self explanatory (because all 4 lower pieces are stepped internally for the OEM Bolt Knurling).

If that confuses you, we do have the current insitructions on our web-site, and it shows the current picture at the bottom.
