Bluetooth not connecting on base Ecoboost

Alright so about twobweeks into to owning the car my bluetooth stopped connecting. i know my phone is working because it connected to my fiances Chevy just fine. I rebooted everything and did a master reset. Any thoughts on making it work?

Does it happen to be an iphone? if it is there is known issues with iphones and sync right now until Apple comes with an update to fix it.

Ok may be a sync issue then. Best bet is to take it to the dealer and ask them to check if there is any updates for the APIM software.

I have this issue about once every 3-4 weeks.... I fix it by pulling fuse 32 in the passenger footwell. This fuse powers the sync module and the keyless entry. Pulling the fuse cuts power to the sync module effectually performing a hard reset that can't be done through menus or by turning the car off. Leave the fuse out for about a minute or two and replace it. Your module should be working correctly after. This seems to be a common issue with sync modules and owners of MY11 and newer are experiencing them... I haven't decided yet if its worth it to take it in and possibly argue with the dealer about having the module replaced or reprogramed.

I think this has already been fixed. My iPhone 6 Plus running iOS 8.1.2 works perfectly with Sync.
