Jim, your nostalgic comment was more than enough thanks, really. Obviously, the photo had been scanned (and if that was you and if do any scanning in the future, figure out how to draw a "marquee" aka a border around the photo to be scanned. (All scanning software has this function.) That will avoid the black areas in your scans and make your edits easier.) <smile>Those pictures make it look like it’s nowadays and not taken from a Polaroid 35 years ago ! It really makes me want to have kept it even more ! Thanks !
But, I would not have guessed that it was shot with a Polaroid because of the aspect ratios of the images. (They sure were amazing gadgets back then, weren't they?) Now that I know, I can see a few telltale signs.
For those who don't know me, I've learned that editing images is as therapeutic as car washing and detailing so if you have others from back then Jim, I'll be happy to give them my treatment. :-)
