Think I blew out the rear passenger side shock yesterday. Actually think it happened a while ago and has been the source of my clunking noise and bouncy ride. But yesterday I hit a bump and the clunk got much louder. About to take it off and give a look. What should I be looking for exactly? And if that's not it where else should I focus my attention? Running airlift performance shocks btw.

Not sure on the Airlift ones, but could also be the shock mount.

As far as telling, usually it'd be a lot easier to compress a blown one compared to a properly functioning one (you might even be able to tell by applying pressure to that side of the car).

i think the shock is fine but will take a closer look to be safe. the shock mount blew out as did the bushing. i think when that happened it allowed the shock itself to also be able to rotate and get longer as you can see the difference from the driver side. really not safe as the threads should be seen in the little window on the bottom of the shock and none were visible so it had backed out quite a bit. have some billet steeda mounts on their way.
