I only payed attention to the lateral g, best i got latteral was 1.16 to the left and 1.15 to the right

Its the clutch for sure. I think the trans is fine

of course they will deny trans/clutch problem from a tune... that would directly impact it and cause more wear and tear. it all depends if they want to do the repair or not, and what they will get from ford for the work

Impressive numbers there. Make sure to erase them tho if possible, as you can regain or surpass the numbers once your car is back to life.

what's a tuned V6 make, 330-340? If its the same MT82, the clutch should have held. Sounds like a factory defect to me. But OP will still need to be courteous and patient when interacting with the dealership service center as they have an excuse to deny a warranty claim.

It always made a chatter type noise when you would shut it off, and it would make a weird noise at idle some times, even when new and before mods

It was the clutch. Youd push the clutch in and it wouldnt nake the noise

If the car was in nuetral, no clutch it made a chatter noise, or when you shut the engine off. If you held the clutch in during either of those times, it would not make noise

Its possible the dual mass flywheel broke...when i rev it up and shut it off, i can hear something spinning for a few seconds...

I'm thinking something broke. Manual transmission should not have sudden failure.
