Installed an ESS G3R with KPM fuel pump module. Haven’t been able to get running bc of lack of fuel pressure. Relays checking out fine, continuity to FPDM and fuel pump pigtail. I’m getting 11.7v to FPDM power. Only getting about 3-4v to pump pigtail. Also, everytime I try cranking it blows the fuel pump 30A fuse.

I’m wondering if the FPDM is bad or if I have a short/break in the power from the FPDM to pump pigtail. Anyone have an insight or experienced similar?

My issue turned out to be the gray and black wires on my BAP (to used with Hobbs switch if connected) were touching each other and shorting out, causing a blown fuse and overheated power wire on my BAP. I repaired the damaged wiring and heatshrinked the gray and black wires to prevent any further contact with each other, since I don’t run a Hobbs switch and that solved the issue.

Was curious if there was any update on the issue you were having ?
Changed out FPDM, flushed and blew out fuel line from tank, checked all wiring from FPDM to tank and no issues found. Also, direct powered pump which runs and pumps fuel to drain down tank. My next day off Im going to pull the pump assembly just to check pump and module wiring to make sure no issue there that may keep blowing the fuse.
