Black GT350 ...with Gold Stripes?

So, I'm torn. There are things I want to do to my 2016 Shadow Black Track Pack GT350. Part of me wants to keep it completely stock...just because. And, part of me wants to do some different, unique stuff to it. When I owned a Harley, it was almost expected that each person would do things to make the bike their own. This Shelby seems different...maybe. ;)

Something I've been toying with is putting custom gold colored OTT stipes on it, and maybe some gold rocker panel stripes to mimic the GT350H. I've always loved the 1966 GT350H and I've come to really like the 2006 GT-H.

Any thoughts on customizing in general, or on these specific add ons? At the end of the day, I plan to keep this car indefinitely.

Also, anyone good with Photoshop that could post a pic of what this might look like? I would be GREATLY indebted to you.

Its vinyl so if you don't like it take it off. Not like you are cutting the back half of the car off and putting a Ford 9" rear in it. You can put it back.

I think it would be cool for two reasons....mainly the GT350H and the other...I'm a boilermaker so it would be Purdue colors too!

A gold accent GT350 would be very unique that gives it a Shelby America look.

I've been wondering how long it would take a 16 buyer to do this.

1. It will look great, classic and classy-if done properly.
2. Skip the rocker, mirrors and spoiler...just keep it to the LeMans stripe (more is not better) and the rear/side/grill badges.
3 BE Careful in ordering the stripes. The '66 stripes were called BRONZE they are a deeper/darker gold tone.

Agree that it should look great. Maybe a slightly darker gold than the classic hertz color. Also agree to skip the side stripe which would take away from the nice creases in the side sheet metal.
