Wow come on guys, I simply shared a story about an experience that was less than favorable. Now everyone is taking turns attacking my character.
I'm not hating on police by any means and I can guarantee I am not a cocky person nor did I "talk my way into" a ticket. Something gave this officer a...
The light out was the only reason to pull me over. Which is absolutely OK with me. I actually did appreciate being informed that it was out considering that's surprising news on a new car. But the officer seemed to approach me with the attitude that either I was some sort of criminal or the car...
Of course it is a legitimate equipment violation, but it was more about how the officer went about it. I'm a huge fan of police but even my friend who is an officer himself and was in the car with me - thought that this guy who wrote me the ticket went about it in a pretty unprofessional manner...
I got a ticket the other day, but only because the driver side tail/brake light unit had failed at 1300 miles. I usually have positive experiences with police - but this was not one of those times. The officer was basically just so upset to see a 25 year old own and drive a GT350 that he just...
Mine is perforated leather with the red stitching. 2016 track pack car built 11/11/2015.
disneyfun1 above listed his 10/22/2015 built car with perforated leather/red stitching as well.
If you are on to something that it might be based on build date, maybe we'll find the crossover points is...
This is exactly the case I'm planning to make to Ford soon. I expect at the current rate damage is happening that I'll be needing essentially a full car repaint by 20-30k miles. With rock damage already on my hood, fender, and roof in addition to the cracked and chipped paint that came from the...
Definitely a clean solution and easily reversible, so no harm done using it. But just thinking that Ford left that opening for a reason? It looks well placed to help with airflow attachment coming off the tire and down the side skirt area.
Same with my car. Already 3 serious rock chips while my other cars I've owned for years have none or fewer. The paint seems very thin, and maybe not stuck to the body properly as all of my chips are very cleanly stripped down to the sealed body.
He has a matching 1970-ish Mustang which has the window louvers, so I agree they don't necessarily belong on a 15-16 but when you see his cars next to each other it actually makes a lot of sense!
The owner's supplement guide mentions a torque limiting feature to protect the clutch/driveline. I've experienced it using launch control before. Pretty sure that's where the bog comes from.
Roll bar that is not marketed specifically for the GT350, but I assume it fits interchangeably. I found it while searching for alternatives to the CoolTech. Only drawback is that it would seem to require more cutting and trimming of interior parts to fit. The door bars are optional to install if...
Some careful heating from a heat gun or hair dryer should soften the stripes and loosen the adhesive. Light polish after removal should get off any residue and lines showing where the stripes were.
