So out of frustration with these stock dampers I called Bilstein today and tech support advised me that they are working on 4-5 setups for us guys. But.....to be late April early May. The bunny hop the rears give this car is ridiculous. Called QA1,Ford Racing,Koni and Bilstein this morning. Things are coming for us just not quick enough. Tech support assured me that their products will blow away the competition and advised me/us to wait. :)

The FRP struts and shocks are awesome and only $511. I'm extremely happy with my setup.

At that price I might buy them and if I do not like will sell. I get the boat ride feeling with these stock Ford dampers. Am I explaining this correctly? Did you get the track version?

buy the ford shocks and ditch your springs to the steeda ultra lights and be done. if you desire more then youll need to spend 2500 or more on coilovers from KW or AFE. read my thread i tested everything on the market so far

In the past I have had very good experiences with H&Rs. My thoughts are the springs are fine they are just over powering the dampers. I am leaning towards linear springs and if BMR would of not been sold out I would of bought a set. I am seeing many compliments with the Steeda Ultra lines also.

you just answered your problem i can not strongly advise you enough to remove those HR springs and throw them in the trash. they simply SUCK. i tested ever spring on the market among 6 cars for the past year. If you want a progressive spring go Eibach Pro kit but the best springs are the linear hands down no comparison. the HR rates are so bouncy the rear end is exactly what you describe. the ford shocks would never help that and i doubt the bilsteins will. get better springs the investment is so low and will correct your issues.

I have the BMR handling springs with the FRP and it is amazing! I have had a lot of suspensions in the past on a lot of cars and this is my favorite setup.

Yea springs are a drop in the bucket. On a car I recently had I changed the suspension 8 times I shit you not. And only owned it for 20 months. Going to Steedas website now. Forgot what the drop was.

Happy to hear this, my FRPP shocks and springs will be here tomorrow :D
check your parts when they arrive! My set was missing an upper spring mount and the place I bought the kit from said the early kits had some parts missing and they were aware of it. They sent me the missing parts the next day so I was happy.
