Looking at a 2021 GT ragtop, how I wish that back seat folded down as in my 2019 GT hardtop!

Right now I can put the seat down and load my racing bike after removing the front wheel. I can also get my snow skis and gear in there.

Not sure if my bike would fit if I took both wheels off. The skis almost certainly won't fit. One suggestion was to put a bike rack on the trunk, but in my experience that can scuff up the paint. And I haven't found any such way to handle the skis.

Another was to put one of the other in the back seat, but I'm not keen on that.

Any advice on how to carry either safely?

See if you can find a used "Ski-Hiker" ski rack. They mount to the front window. I've used them and they work VERY well.

The other option is to remove the rear seat back. It comes out pretty easy. It will allow you to fit your skis inside the trunk and over the rear seat bottom. You'll have to cover the seat bottom to keep the skis from damaging it but a blanket or a towel will work.

As for the bike I have a trailer hitch on my ragtop. I have the Curtis hitch but there's one from another mfgr as well. You can install a bike rack on the trailer hitch. It's probably the best way to haul your bike.

Good Luck
