Good luck, it would require major relocating of parts....

There's a reason almost everyone has designed a TT kit for the S550 platform.

I saw BBR had one on his facebook page the other day I asked about the kit and it was a custom one off done at a fab shop

I think 1-offs is what you're going to see, due the work required.

It's not something you're going to tackle over the weekend in your home garage, like other available TT kits.

We tried, then we decided that the work required wasn't worth the cost on this chassis.

I would be interested in seeing some one-off single turbo kits as well. I know a shop willing to tackle a single turbo, but I'm just wondering if it would really be worth it. I'm not a big fan of cutting/relocating a bunch of stuff under the hood. A google search only produces this one: [ame]

I don't see any other way to make one work.

We went from being dead set, to axing it...in one single sitting...once we got our car up on the lift and actually took a look at the clearances allotted.

At minimum, you'd need to swap to an aftermarket k-member to free up room for piping.....plus the relocation of many factory parts.

Since we're trying to deliver a product that a consumer can install in their home garage....I didn't feel the modifications required were going to lead to a happy DIY job at the consumer level.

The information is greatly appreciated! I had a feeling it would be pretty involved since no one has designed a kit yet. The guy who owns the shop was thinking he could do it for the cost of a centri supercharger set-up, but that's starting to sound impossible.

If that's the dynamic, 100% get a blower.

Knock it out in a weekend and drive on.

Did they change their mind? I heard they weren't. I know of two other shops who produce a single kit for the 11-14 today are working on 15 kits.

I think you're right. Blower sounds like the better option for me. Wish I had the bank account for a twin turbo kit.

Nothing wrong with starting out with a blower ;)

You can always upgrade to a TT kit down the road.

I'd take a Blower over N/A every day of the week.

Blowers are a gateway drug to a bigger build, lol.
