I ordered the complete kit tonight. Tranny fluid will be changed with only 45 miles on the car. I think I'm going to wait 1000 miles or until my first HPDE, which ever comes first, before I do the differential.

That's sounds like a solid plan. Ford recommends "for dedicated track use" that the rear axle lube be changed after the first hour, then every 12 hours of track use.
More guidelines are in the owners manual on page 12.
This is interesting but proves out what most people who tracked their car already knew. The rear axle gets extremely warm so Ford added a temp warning in the '16's.

Don't be shocked at what you see when you drain the fluid for the first time.

My wife goes 'how did you here about this stuff?' And I replied 'Todd15Fastback endorsed it so everyone is buying it' lol

Excited to get it in my car this weekend!

Changed my Transmission and rear end fluid today using the kit I got from Optimum Performance.

Like people have said already, the instructions are spot on which made the fluid swap very easy to do. Hard to tell while driving the difference in the rear end fluid change, but I could tell almost immediately with the transmission. 1-2 shifts are like butter, I love it! I had about 7 ounces left over on each and all went well. Thanks Todd15Fastback for starting this topic and thanks Optimum Performance for providing this kit. :)

How does the BG oil perform in cold temperatures (between 0 and 30F)?
I did this swap 11,000 miles back last year. At first, I was highly impressed since I had hit warm weather and noticed quite a difference. But when winter rolled around again, Notchy shifting came back, although not nearly as bad as it was before BG. And it takes less warm up time to go away with the BG.
I wish this deal was around last year. I had to drive all over town to BG dealers until I found it at a AAA service center. I paid $20 per qt. Plus tax if I remember correctly. Would have gladly paid a little more to save me all the hassle. I had my dealership do the swap since I was there getting an oil change anyway. It was $40 labor charge for that.

ScottsGT do you recall if it was Syncro Shift I or Syncro Shift II? The current product has a different label.
Now that I don't remember. Let me dig through my old posts and see if I posted exactly which it was.

EDIT: Syncro Shift II
