So I have a 2019 PP1.
I was thinking about changing the stock wheels and tires.
What sites out there that I can check out that offers an aggressive set up for the Mustang?

you can run 10”/11” stagger, 10” square for easy common setups. There are aggressive (and more complex 11” square setups and some rare oddballs like 10.5” square which are not as easy or frequently seen.

if you care about grip, tire quality matters more than wheel width. We can help you with offsets and tire sizes for most of the options above, or go pick something you like from the sticky thread.

I’m using sdwheel.com for my latest set of rims. Prices matched everywhere else so I went with it. Only negative so far is waiting 2-3 weeks for the order to get here, though you can pay 79$ and get it sooner. I’ve also used discounttiredirect.com in the past and would’ve used them this time had they had the rims I wanted or at least the rims they carry in the finish in wanted.
