I am on an e85 tune but I have the issue where my idle goes rough and occasionally my car stalls while at a stop. I am wondering if there are any spark plugs better than OEM that are better suited for E85? Also are there any o2 sensors on the market that tolerate e85 better than OEM?
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. I know of at least 5-10 people with this issue after running e85 for a while. Mine happens even on the stock tune on 93 octane now so something must not be right with some part of my car due to the e85 possibly, and I think it may be plugs or the o2 sensors.
I eventually had an o2 sensor light come on, had it replaced but after that, while on the stock tune on pure 93, it stalled out on the drive back from the dealer with the same issue. I waited for a while on the stock tune for the light to come back on but it didnt, so I switched back to the e85 tune and I've been on it for 2k miles and the light hasnt come back on. So I dont know what to do now other than try different o2 sensors or sparkplugs possibly.
