It is impossible to reach them. They never answer the phone and they won't return emails. I've tried for days.

I encountered the same issue so I just went to the shop. Great guys.

I've found that when it comes to performance shops and audio shops, it is much better to pay them a visit. Can you imagine the volume of calls they get "asking for advice".

Agreed, on the other hand we now live in an e-world where everything is through online. If you cant support the change in consumer behavior you will not last long.
