appreciate the great comments guys.
like was said, with lund, the price is always the same, the tune will be the same.
I prefer to send the ngauge without the tune, as it usually takes lund a few days to write the file, i also enter the tune into lunds system with your email, so that lund can email direct, but i also see it and can email as well.
I send a free usb cable as well, which essentially turns your ngauge into a "usb drive" so you don't need a card reader or anything. It literally takes about 15 seconds to copy / paste the file in the custom tunes folder.
that said, if someone asks me to preload the tune, we do offer that option as well.
as far as customer service, i know most people working on their stuff are usually working on it at night, or on the weekends. nothing worse than getting stuck doing something on the weekend or evening and being stuck with no way to get an answer.
my cell is usually on until at least 10pm est every night. if i don't answer, i usually call back or answer text within 5 minutes. not to say one won't occassionally slip through, but i do my best. Like one member said, was able to get an answer on christmas eve....
my wife may not like that, but the customers do
the nice thing is with having my own dyno with our partner installation center at finish line, we do alot of installations as well. so were very familiar with these cars.
we had a member in a few weeks back for a paxton install, we have another starting monday that shipped us his car for a hellion install
thats the benefit of picking up your ngauge with us, you get lunds awesome tune, combined with our killer CS. It's a nasty combo
