Okay, so I have installed the BBK 73mm throttle body on my car and have had it for about 3 months now. Driving around town i can feel more low end power such as more response and higher torque, but when I use the track apps and try a 0-60 run, the best i can do is 6.2s. Before this, with the stock TB i was topping out around 5.7-5.8s consistently. I have even upgraded to 285 rear tires and can still only manage to get 6.2s. I was wondering if anyone else has installed this and had the same problem. I broke one of my stock TB screws when taking it out but im going to try to re install it and see if it will help again.

I have the same problem I can't get better then a 5.5 now. I truly believe weather plays a huge part in this. I seen my best times when it was 20 degrees out.

Weather plays a big part in our 0-60 times... Best times for me happen around 40 degrees. Now that it is around 80 degrees I can't manage better then 5.7. My best time has been a 5.5.

Edit.... Saw you have PP wheels for your 6 now. I curious as to how you had a 285 on the stock foundry wheel! :headbonk:

Yes, I got the PP wheels and bigger tires! Also i agree with the weather slowing down times but I got the TB late february so the temperature was still pretty low and I could only manage 6.2s. I put the stock TB back on an ran 2 separate 0-60 runs and got 6.0 on my first and 6.3 on my second.
