Battery Harness Replacement

Has anyone replaced the battery harness yet?

I had some pretty bad corrosion on my positive terminal and it ate the clamp up pretty good. I'm worried it won't be long before it just breaks apart. I ordered a replacement harness but I haven't seen many post about replacing it and I was wondering how tough of a job it would be?

I'll also replace the battery once I do this to ensure that this doesn't happen again in the near future. Guess after 5 years it's bound to be time to get the battery replaced anyway.

The clamps are removable and replaceable by themselves. It would be much cheaper and easier than replacing the entire harness.

Here ya go, there is a TSB for it w/ part numbers:

If the car is still under warranty, take it in and it gets repaired.

Set my appointment with Ford tomorrow. Hopefully I’ll be able to return the harness to Autonation White Bear Lake.
