There are a couple ways to do it, but you need the aluminator, which are not cheap, and then you can either do some wiring and possibly maybe run it with a modified GT350 PCM and wiring, fuel pumps etc or you can run it with a Ford ECU designed for their crate motors.

Looks like on they seem to have done the former, modifying the wiring which is required to run a cross plane crank motor from the flat crane plank ECU/harness.

I balked at the cost of the aluminator when looking at motors for my GT, they aint cheap but the hardware package inside and Ford-build are nice. He’s not running the full aluminator cobrajet and all, he’s got the GT350 intake manifold and TB on there which make the conversion easier but then you probably dont get the whole advertised 580hp.

I thought the Aluminator was not a street legal engine. Looks like someone asked if it had passed and state emissions but I didn't see an answer.

Not bad but still need to move to cross plane camshafts as well as cross plane favorable headers to my knowledge. Not the end of the world, but a few grand additional to add to that bottom end.
It's all ready to go with a programming change. That engine doesn't have anything flat plane about it. It also has longtube headers on it so those won't matter anyway.

The listing you shared was the short block, not the long block. So assuming you're bringing over your own GT350 cylinder heads and exhaust manifolds you'd have flat plane equipment there.

This is the full long block listing.

Right but that wouldn't make any sense to buy for the reasons you said. I just mentioned that you could buy a short block or longblock, I'm guessing that guy bought a longblock and just sold the Cobrajet intake
