That's the only thing that bothers me with this car. Plus I want to install a quad tips exhaust and it is impossible on the base GT.

No.....if I had a color'ed car where the difference in the premium bumper really stood out then I would deff want the premium rear bumper. Luckily on Magnetic, the difference just kind of gets lost in the color

I don't like the body color on the premium near the diffuser but I do like the separation the bumper has vs the all in one of the base.

The base body color diffuser looks god awful on lighter colors in my opinion. I had to Plastidip mine.

There's a pic of my car in that first link that Silver GT posted. Here's a better one that shows the side.

prefer the premium over the base because it looks complete from the front, side, and rear. Now if the front and sides were color matched like on the rear base that might change my mind.

more that it's just noticeable on those colors so yea if I had to get a base I probably would go with one of them. It might not show too much on Guard also since it looks very dark gray in dim light

I agree with the consensus that the rear end looks better on the premium in lighter colors. As I have an Ingot Silver EB I decided to Dip the rear. It's my first time, but I decided to follow the Premium look rather than the full black lower - which would have been much simpler.

I had issues, due to my novice stature, getting a crisp edge, so I used thin black pinstripe tape to edge the Plasti Dip.

I'm happy with the result, and even when parking next to an Ingot Silver Premium GT the result looked almost factory. I'll see how it holds up, but might use a more permanent paint if I need to redo it.

Note, the blue tape was for the paper. I edged the area with a different type...
