Base mustang premium EOM install

How can someone with a base 2015 15 or 17 install all the premium features the premium models have for example the OEM ambient lighting how can these get installed and function with the cluster. How can eom heated seats and steering wheel be added. How can one upgrade to the 9 or 12 speaker system. How can EOM FordPass model be installed and function with the ford pass phone

Except for the last one (Ford Pass on the phone) everything can be done. It is a lot of work and costs quite some money. It is probably cheaper to get a premium car.
Ford Pass is controlled by Ford and linked to your VIN, so there is nothing you can do. There was a hack available for the iPhone, but it does not work any longer.
For ambient light you also need a new instrument cluster.
