heated cooler seats

Just like the title says, I have an 18 ecoboost premium PP1(without memory seats) and only the driver seat's heated/cooled function stopped working. No blower, no heat, no cooling, nothing but the button lights up. The passenger seat works without issue . I saw posts about the plugs shorting out...

How can someone with a base 2015 15 or 17 install all the premium features the premium models have for example the OEM ambient lighting how can these get installed and function with the cluster. How can eom heated seats and steering wheel be added. How can one upgrade to the 9 or 12 speaker...
