Say what? I have no intention of selling, but what are you talking about? I signed nothing that I'm aware of that said anything like this.

I tried looking for the link but I couldn't find it. If there were no rules I bet almost all our R's would be down there by now. Can be had for 10-20 Adm here. Still puts it what, 75-85 USD?

It's more about titling the vehicles down there prior to the agreed ownership prior. Maybe I'm wrong, don't think so though.

Interesting, but this is a base. Same rules apply? And did you sign something when picking up the car saying you wouldn't sell it for x amount of time?

I've been looking for the last 10-15 min. I can't find what I thought was a hold period for importing new vehicles into the states.

Maybe there isn't an issue. If so I'd sell my base too! Haha.

Love the car but financially it could get me closer to R territory.

I purchased mine on 12/31/15, sold in May of 16... BTW, for the OP - I purchased my base car and sold it with 5k miles on it to a Cadillac dealer for $63k, then they turned around and sold it for $70+k (they said well into the $70k range and made it sound like $72k).

0 (Zero) Options on it (except the 1300 Gas Guzzler Tax)
As I understand, there were only about 35 Shadow Black Base GT350's built in 2016.
