Also for those who want to do the quad tips, this is what my bumper looked like after i was done with the dremel.

You need to remove a pretty large section to get them in but if you take your time once the tips are on you cannot even see the cutout as long as you don't go to large with it.

Also another note on the quad tips, it does change your exhaust note. Mine was a lot deeper with the single tips I had before and it's a little raspy now at high rpm's unless you are at WOT then it sounds pretty good.

Yeah, now that ive got catless, ive had this masty rattle/ rasp...sounds terrible...pretty sure its the tips...but doesnt do it with cats. On my 2nd type of tips...still does it. Probably end up putting cats back on cause i love how the quad tip looks...and if i go single tip im gunna have to fix the holes in the bumper lol

I peeled back about 1.5" of the 3m tape and used the dremel to flatten it out some then put new 3m tape on the part I peeled up and slapped them on.

as to previous comments on the aftermarket solution, im not sure....im no longer in the loop. I don't imagine it will be too much longer, its not a complicated part so shouldn't take too long, but you know how those things go...sometimes it takes a while to bring stuff like that to the market

I did the quad tips too and they turned out pretty good. To look at them you would never know they didnt come that way.
