Bad Headlight Condensation - Fix Without Bumper Removal?

I've actually already taken off the bumper. I put on a GT500 bumper LOL. That's why I'm so reluctant to do it again - it's a bit of a pain (at least for me) to get underneath the car and take the splash guard off and deal with all those clips.
I'd fancy a guess that your standard lights and the GT500 bumper don't work together correctly, and that's what's causing the issue.

Look and see where the lights vent.....is that area blocked by the GT500 bumper?

You know what, this is a good idea that I've thought about before too. It's strange that the passenger's side isn't having the same problem - but maybe something is just going on or got lodged to block something on the driver's side.

I'm gonna have to peel back the liner and take a look. I'm not even sure where exactly the vents are for the headlights- but I guess I'll just look and see if anything seems to be blocking anything.
